A simple embrace, a hug, can mean so much to a person – it can dissolve their fears, stop the flow of ones tears, open ones heart, and inspire one to realize their greatness.

A hug can bring people together, it can demonstrate forgiveness, and allow us to communicate through silence, through action what words could never express.

Dr Emoto’s Water Crystals

Today we have two rather profound inspirational video clips.

Both reflect Dr Emoto’s work with water crystals.


The Japanese scientist has spent many years conducting experiments on the effects of positive and negative thoughts on water crystals .The results have been truly astonishing, as you will see in the photos of the water crystals. The positive thoughts and intentions led to the water crystals forming beautiful shapes, whereas the negative thoughts and intentions led to disfigured and ugly shapes.

The first video clip is a short exerpt from the hit film ‘What The Bleep’.

The second video is a short montage of Emoto’s photos.




As our bodies are composed of more than 60% water, it really makes you wonder what all those negative thoughts are doing to you.
